Early access enquiries

The current early access form prepares an email in your own email app. Your details reach Quotrics only when you send that message. The website itself does not store the request.

Your email includes your name, work email, company and any optional details you provide. We use early access enquiries to respond and share product updates.

Quotation research

The research survey temporarily keeps your survey answers and current step in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not remove your progress. Your name, designation, company, phone and email are not saved in the browser draft. The temporary draft is cleared after a successful submission and normally ends with the browser session.

When the research form is submitted, its answers are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint controlled by Quotrics. The endpoint validates the response, stores one row in a private Google Sheet, calculates an internal research Fit Score, and sends a notification email to the Quotrics research team. The score is used only to help prioritise research conversations.

Your name, designation and company identify who answered the survey. Optional phone and email details are used only for a possible 15-minute research conversation. The form also stores a simple source label, such as Website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email or Cold Call, when it is included in the survey link.
